Reality
Take the red pill people. We all need a good dose of reality. It’s not the highs that are life, nor the lows, but the mundane, everyday, get-up-and-read-the-Bible-through-sealed-eyelids-and-try-to-muster-an-unconscious-prayer day that is closer to the truth. This is why our inflated view of spiritual-retreat highs always fail a practical life in Christ. Christ is real, so be real.
